Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work from home in this remote position on a flexible schedule that you choose making outbound calls over VOIP to a targeted list of prospects in our clients’ markets. You will ask direct and probing questions in a clam and approachable manner to qualify prospects and schedule appointments. We offer performance based compensation so you can drive your earnings as we close new clients and establish those lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to identify, incubate, and qualify prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and sales executives.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Perform regular follow-up and maintenance of all leads.
- Maintain consistent records of all interactions in associated databases.
Qualifications
- Calm, confident, and articulate professionalism that warms and disarms prospects.
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
